    Our appraisals comply with the latest legal regulations and frameworks. Legally compliant market and fair value appraisals are prepared for the following purposes:

  • Valuation expertise

    In our experience, detailed market value appraisals are sometimes unnecessary. Valuation reports are brief written evaluations of the property and are prepared exclusively for private use.

  • Report on the rental value

    The rental value appraisal determines the prevailing market rent for the property in question. This is typically used to settle legal or out-of-court disputes over the amount of rent, but also to provide evidence to the tax office, for example, of calculated rents for owner-occupied premises.

  • Report on the loan value

    A mortgage lending valuation is based on the lending bank's guidelines and is suitable for securing real estate loans. Unless otherwise specified by the bank, the valuation is carried out in accordance with the Mortgage Lending Value Determination Ordinance (BelwertV).
