Our market value appraisals comply with the latest legal regulations and frameworks. We prepare legally compliant market value appraisals in accordance with Section 194 of the German Federal Building Code (e.g., for use by the tax office) for:

Rental value appraisal
The rental value appraisal determines the prevailing market rent for the property in question. This is typically used to settle legal or out-of-court disputes over the amount of rent, but also to provide evidence to the tax office, for example, of calculated rents for owner-occupied premises.
Loan value appraisal
Mortgage value appraisals are prepared prior to real estate financing and are based on the lending bank's guidelines for securing real estate loans. Unless otherwise specified by the bank, the valuation is carried out in accordance with the Mortgage Value Determination Ordinance (BelwertV). These mortgage value appraisals can be offered for standard properties upon request.
